I was nervous this was the first time I was buying a place. I had no idea what I was looking for or what I could afford. Patrick was able to give me suggestions On how to decide what I was looking for and also gave me a recommendation for a mortgage broker. He explained the whole process and everything went so smoothly I don’t know why I was ever nervous. He has checked on me at my anniversary date of my purchase it is nice to know that if I have any questions he is there to answer them even after all these years.

Patrick is an amazing agent! Both me and hubby are extremely picky and we were both at odds as to what we wanted in a house. Patrick was very patient with us and showed us many upon many different places before we chose our home. I have been in my house for 10 years now and am still as happy to be there as the day we purchased it. I feel like Patrick has become a friend over the years! He calls and checks in every few months! I have recommended and will continue to recommend him to my family and friends!!

Thirteen years ago, Patrick helped us find our first home. The market was booming and we were naive to everything to do with purchasing a home. I don't remember how Patrick came to us, but it was meant to be! He found us a house very quickly and offered negotiation ideas, which worked to our advantage! He is just genuinely so kind. It showed through in the homebuying process, and every year after when he emails to wish me a happy birthday, when he remembers our "house anniversary", or when he drops off a frisbee for Canada Day. We were only one client from long ago but I know he'd be there for us if we needed anything! I look forward to the day we will be ready to make another move, and we can work with Patrick again!
