Patrick met with us several months before we listed our house and gave us great advice on how to prepare it for the market (even without a contract!). Once we were ready to sell, he prepared a great MLS listing resulting in plenty of interest and viewings. We had an offer within a week of listing, which Patrick negotiated for us to get the price we wanted. Our house was sold within a month of listing.
