I am beyond thrilled with Pam DeCourcey as my agent. I live in Toronto and she guided me through the process of making an offer and completing the deal of my new home in Saint John N.B while still living in Toronto. Because I wasn't able to travel down to Saint john to see the home I was buying in person, her 3D images of the property (both exterior and interior) and the drone video capturing the gorgeous water view, gave me complete assurance that I was making a great purchase on a home that I knew I would love as soon as I walked in the door.
