<p>Norm promised he’d sell my condo and he did and under the time limit too!! Amazing considering the tough real estate market for condos. Initially I tried other Realtors, they never had as many showings and they never got it sold. Norm has the most impressive marketing strategies I’ve seen. If youre serious about selling your home call Norm.</p>

We put our house on the market in August 2017, with a realtor that worked for a large organization, who seemed to show a neighbourhood house quite well, and followed us up faithfully. It didn't work. Over 3 months later the house was unsold. We had clear indications from potential buyers that the house was over priced but the agent was unkeen to drop the price even after our circumstances changed and the sale became urgent. We were referred to Norm by a friend of ours. Norm did a thorough analysis of the neighbourhood. He showed what we could get on our now urgent sale and how much more we could get if we waited a bit. Norm listed our property on a Friday at lunch time. We got multiple shows over the weekend, we got an offer on Tuesday which was quickly concluded. Norm and his support staff were a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Norm to anyone who wants to buy or sell a house at market value.

What I liked about Norm is his honesty, direct approach and timely information in making sure that the sale happens quickly. He provided information on market and kept me up to date with housing market trends, what we need to do etc and worked as an excellent mentor and provided professional advice where needed. I really felt that I had entrusted the house selling responsibility to a true friend.</p>
