We called Nick after being unhappy with a different agent and wow what a difference! Nick is professional, personable and knowledgeable. He made what had been a negative experience 150% better! He was absolutely available to accommodate our very tight timeline and was gracious through the whole experience. Could not have been happier with this experience and will definitely call him next time we need an agent. Anyone looking for an excellent agent will not be disappointed calling Nick.

We went with Nick for our realtor just over a year ago. Nick is an incredible realtor! We told Nick what we were looking for and he went above and beyond to get us into our first home. Nick is extremely reliable, honest, hard-working, consistent, and educated. We honestly could not have picked a better realtor to work with. We will continue to use Nick as our realtor for our future purchases as well. I literally can't say enough good things about him, We highly highly recommend going with Nick. Nick was very efficient, helpful and polite during our purchasing process. In 2019, we bought our retirement home in Coldstream while living in Texas. Because time was a factor, he kept us in the loop every step of the way and even picked me up from Kelowna airport when I flew in for the conditional viewing. He really took care of us and we’re happy to now call him a friend.
