It was a pleasure working with Nick during our home buying journey. He was always available to discuss things and very flexible with showings. Throughout the buying process he communicated well and we never felt in the dark about anything. He helped us negotiate our offer and gave good advice for us first time home buyers. Hopefully its not for awhile but we will be working with Nick again in the future when it comes to selling and buying our next house.

He was very informative about the area I was searching in. Before I had even sold my property on Vancouver Island Nick arranged for me to view available properties which was instrumental in giving me an overview of all the areas and what I would feel most comfortable in. He found me lawyers, septic, well and home inspectors as well as companies for any work needed and costs. He responded to all my concerns and got back to me quickly. He was extremely helpful in my negotiations with the seller and giving me information that was valuable. I would highly recommend him.
