My friend had used Nick to find his house this past winter and I knew based on how that went, when I was ready to start my own search, I would too. I’m really happy I did! Purchasing a place in a completely different region (where I don’t live) seemed like a daunting task but Nick went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. He was easy to talk to and available whenever I needed to ask him something. I really appreciated his knowledge of the area I bought in. Overall, Nick is someone I can trust, which is hard to find to find out there these days! I highly recommended him!!

Nick was very honest and diligent with helping me find a suitable home. He was punctual in responding to my questions and patient with me through the process. I genuinely believe that Nick wants to help people find the perfect home in the Okanagan, and start enjoying the area just as much he does. Before or after showing me a home, he would take me on detours to point out popular destinations, amenities and schools in the area. This demonstrated to me that he wanted to give me a sense of what the area was like. Nick went above and beyond what was expected of him, and continued to help me after the purchase of my home. I highly recommend Nick, especially to people who are new to the community as he seems passionate about the area.

I worked with Nicholas Lutsenko for the recent sale of my house in Vernon, BC. Wow! He made it easy selling a house for us, I have not met Nicholas personally as I live in a different province. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He had a buyer within a couple of days after listing the property. He went above and beyond my expectations, he was clear in his communications and explained all details of the sale. I feel blessed that he was our realtor.

Around November 2021 I started looking for property up in the Okanagan. I thankfully came across Nick Lutsenko for help. I told Nick what I needed in a property to accommodate all my stuff & the search began… He ended up finding me a piece of Heaven on 8.5 acres! We recently purchased a new home with the help of realtor Nick Lutsenko. We enjoyed working with him as he was very knowledgeable, conscientious, patient and friendl. Nick was in constant touch with us to set up showings, would follow up quickly if there were questions about anything, and was hands on, even to the point of going into crawl spaces to check something out for us. He understood exactly what we were searching for. When I was discouraged at times at the lack of inventory for what we wanted, Nick would keep us positive with his upbeat attitude. After a few offers, we were successful at purchasing our perfect new house. We would certainly recommend Nick to anyone looking for a realtor who provides great service.
