Working with Nicola was a great pleasure she was always there to answer questions at any time and give us guidance on any process that we were unsure of. Her and her team made selling our house and buying a new home wonderful process and helped us manage distress that come along with doing both at the same time. I would recommend Nicola and her team wholeheartedly. Nicole and her team showed professionalism with a warm touch to always make you feel that you were getting the best in the business but also someone who understood what you wanted and was working for you and your dream. Nicola already has three more clients with my children when they are ready to buy their homes.

We survived the winter / spring of 2021!! This real estate season was insane! Houses would list in the morning and sell by lunchtime. Nichola and I viewed so many houses and dealt with at least 3 (lost count) bidding wars and never once did she lose patience or get frustrated. Her advice was invaluable and she helped me find the perfect home. Strongly suggest working with her in the future for an absolutely no surprises experience.

Nichola and her associate Jessica where great to work with. Timely, informative, and most importantly very experienced. They negotiated a great deal which I couldn’t have done myself. Would highly recommend their services.

Nichola was amazing to deal with and we would definitely use her services again. She brought us the true, hard facts, and we had to make a very difficult decision. We ended up not selling our home because it was not the right move for us right now. Nichola was completely in support of this and wanted what was best for us. We did not get any pressure from her at all to sell just so that she could make a buck. A delight to be around and work with! When we are ready to sell, I know who I am going to call!

Nichola made the process so easy and straightforward any questions we had she answered to the best of her knowledge if she didn’t know she went and found out. We were about to pass on the house because of the home inspection then we dug a little deeper and thanks to Nichola things were fixed and we purchased our new home keys yet to come. She really does make the process very easy and calms your nerves when you’re about to throw in the towel thank you Nichola our family thanks you.
