I cannot recommend Nichola enough. We entered this process on a whim when we originally had no intent to sell our home. We were completely unsure of the process as well as what we needed to do to sell out home for the best price. The current market is moving quickly and the home we were looking to purchase was not readily available. When I interviewed Nichola, she had already come highly recommended by several people I know. Out of 4 agents we spoke to, she had the most confidence, the most experience, the best selling record, and did the most thorough home walk through. She gave us all the right tips to clean up and get the house ready for staging and provided tonnes of support through this process. Once we decided to start looking she actually found us the absolute perfect house on the first try. It wasn't a coincidence, she had listened to us very well and knew what to look for. She helped us navigate the new build process and helped with communications between us and builder, always with our best interest in mind. She made sure we were first in line for the property we wanted and didn't miss out which is a common occurrence in today's market. Once our new home was purchased, she displayed confidence and reassurance throughout the listing process. She gave us a realistic timeline with plenty of time for backup plans to assure our home was sold and we could rest easy knowing our possession dates would line up. Booking showings and filling out paperwork was an easy process thanks to her awesome assistant Kat. We always had all the communications and documents within minutes of needing them. Our house was priced appropriately and sold for very close to listing. We has multiple offers and Nichola helped us navigate that very stressful situation beautifully. She negotiated for us right up until the end of the day and made sure the deal we took was the best one for us. She provided us with excellent advice throughout the process that can only come from years and years of knowing your stuff. Highly recommend her to anyone who values experience, being properly and thoroughly educated and a streamlined process. Thanks Nichola!

Nichola was very responsive to my husband and I, and went out of her way to meet our requests. We were crunched for time but she gave us her full attention. Nichola is a pro and pays close attention to the fine details. Highly recommend. She made buying our first house smooth and fun!

Nichola is the BEST! She begins with a very informative buyers consultation where she informs you about the process/expectations throughout the process. Nichola is very knowledgeable and anticipates your needs, knowing what you need/want usually before you do. There were many instances throughout the process when I asked her to look into something and her response was "already on it!" Not to mention she is very fun and makes the whole process exciting and fun! Thank you Nichola:)

I really enjoyed working with Nichola. She was friendly, aggressive & very knowledgeable in her work. She was referred to me by my lawyer (which was always a good sign right off the bat). She was pre-informed about me on how I am a single guy, 50 years old, fun & friendly but I am absent minded at times, and a bit of a procrastinator. Basically, I needed prodding and urging here & there. She was perfect. She would do exactly that but in the nicest non aggressive manner. I was really appreciative of that. In the end, she got my house sold a lot faster than I expected. Especially in this time of COVID and the economy. Nichola was the realtor I needed.
