We love people that say what they're going to do and then do what they said they would. Nichola did exactly that. We chose to list to sell our acreage with Nichola as she was very thorough in her walk through to create her market valuation. Comparisons were accurate and current, and her listing price was exactly where we wanted to be and the property was sold within her noted time frame. It was priced right and we were very happy. Throughout the listing time, she kept in touch with us regularly and as things progressed was very informative on giving us guidance on the next steps. Nichola's marketing of the property we feel was key to exposure to the right buyer. All in all, she was polite, professional and timely and we would, and have recommended her to several people. She proved to us that we made the right choice!

I cant even describe how amazing she was. Accommodating, knowledgable, fun to talk to. She educated me on things I didn't know were relevant and made sure I understood everything in the house buying process. One thing that stood out to me , as a brand new home buyer, was that I trusted her completely. And that's a scary thing in general to do . This is literally the biggest purchase of my life and it's scary to trust someone blindly; with Nichola I would do it again. She was and is amazing to work with and i would recommend her to anyone. She made everything dummy proof and easy. The only thing that stressed me out while looking/buying a house were the color schemes.

Nichola was referred to me by a very good friend of mine and we never looked back! We explained what we wanted and what our budget was and Nichola ran with it. There was never any pressure from her and if we didn't like a property, we didn't feel worried about letting her know. Nichola will go out of her way to help you get the right property for you. We needed a realtor to give us a push. We had been looking around online for a while but because we had never bought a property before, we had no idea what to expect. The process can be daunting but Nichola was like a breath of fresh air. She feels like your friend, one who knows a lot about houses! We looked at a number of properties, mostly new builds, and Nichola was never afraid to point out aspects of the properties that she felt were not up to her standards or areas she could foresee problems with. This is exactly what you need as a first time buyer. Nichola could point out areas of concern that you wouldn't even think about. Nichola is very trustworthy and is not afraid to give her opinion which is great! Nichola made the process of buying our first home flow smoothly and was always at the end of the phone whenever we had any questions or concerns. I have been and will continue to recommend Nichola to those who are looking for a great realtor.

I cannot recommend Nichola enough after our experience of working with her. My husband and I had bought an older home right before our wedding and completely renovated into a home that we LOVED and thought we would be there for a long time. But 1 year after moving in we came across our dream home with a builder and decided that it was the right move for us, and we would list the home we loved to move to a home in our desired school district and closer to walking trails. Through the process with the builder, it became increasingly discouraging due to their processes and rigidity and Nichola became more of a counsellor than a realtor. We made the emotional decision to pull the plug on our build but had already listed our home and were very torn on what to do. The entire time Nichola made it clear that only we knew what was best for us and she supported any decision we made. We decided to head to the family cabin for the summer and see what leaving the house on the market could do. Nichola showed us some other great homes in the same neighborhood we wanted to build in and was able to really hone in on what our family’s unique needs meant we needed in a home. After a terribly low offer on our home, we felt like it was a sign we should take it off the market and stay, but in a twist of fate that same week we found out our family was about to grow. We quickly called Nichola and told her we were no longer pulling it off the market. To our surprise she was able to negotiate the original offer to come back with more money, was able to find us a fantastic home that met all of our family’s needs (and some we didn’t know yet) AND negotiate it that it came in under budget. All the while managing our emotions, frustrations, and struggles, which were on a high due to the fact we had just found out our family was growing by not just one baby but TWO. Sales on both ends closed, we have been in our new home for a few months now and every day I walk by my children’s bedrooms or down our street and see all of the neighborhood kids playing outside I am thankful she never gave up on us during our roller coaster. We were trying to make a logical decision for our family that brought out far more emotion than we expected, and she managed it all beautifully making sure we ended up exactly where we needed to be. Her attention to detail, concern we both got what we needed and focus on making sure we found the right home for our family made the experience wonderful. Feeling like we are finally settled in a home we love AND fits our family for years to come is the best feeling, and I wouldn’t want anyone but Nichola guiding us on the journey. To top it off, the day we walked into our new home, we found a gift for our son, gifts for our babies on the way, and a wonderful gift for some alone and relaxing time for my husband and I before the craziness of two babies hit. If you are looking for a realtor who makes you feel like you are her focus, she listens to what you need, goes out of her way to find it for you and negotiates her butt off for you there is no questions Nichola is your realtor. Buying a home can be a stressful and emotional process and someone to make it easier for you is worth its weight in gold.
