We used Nichola to sell our home that she helped us buy a few years back. We needed to sell as we were moving to Europe. She knew the property and the area and helped us sell with zero issues. It was smooth and we got tons of education and commination's. Very happy using her again, this is our second time.

It is time to retire and move on. So we sold our last home and are off to Mexico. Nichola was recommended to me by a friend and her passion for her work was clear to me right away. Everything I read about her in these reviews is true. Thank you Nichola.

We wanted to buy a brand new home and knew from all online reports that YOU SHOULD DEFINIATLY USE AN AGENT TO BUY BRAND NEW! And we are so glad we did! Nichola killed it for us. She knew all the pitfalls of buying brand new and how to navigate them. She went to all our appointments with the builder and held our hands. The community has been around a long time and Nichola knew lots about Cy Becker! But I gave her a 4.5 stars for this because I heard once that people don't believe perfect reviews and I really wanted to world to believe this one! She is as good as they say!
