Working with Nicola and Mike to buy my first home in St. Albert - a cute townhouse with huge garage!! Nichola was my lead agent. Just had to sell my house, Nichola helped me buy it a few years ago. The sale was during a slower market (not like the wild Summer we just had I am told). But the sale went very well. Nichola helped me sell my city home and buy a acreage at the same time. It was as good as it gets for making such a big move with a toddler and a baby on the way!
