It's the third time I am working with Nichola. I always recommend her to our friends and family. She is very accurate and helped me find the pros and cons of every decision.

Nichola got 2 offers on our home (which needed tons of work) but we didn't end up selling. A family emergency meant we need to step back from moving until next year! Will use her for sure!! She is amazing!

We used Nichola to sell our home that she helped us buy a few years back. We needed to sell as we were moving to Europe. She knew the property and the area and helped us sell with zero issues. It was smooth and we got tons of education and commination's. Very happy using her again, this is our second time.
