I recently sold my rental home with Nichola and Michael. They helped me buy it a few years ago and now it was time to sell. They worked so well with our tenants and the home sold with no issues. The buyers did push back and ask for money off after they did their inspection, but Nichola was a fighter and pushed back even harder. We did not have to reduce and it sold!
