I knew Nichola was THE real estate agent for us when my co worker recommended her and we met up for coffee. She had a folder full of information on what to expect when selling a house. As a person who was selling their first home, I really appreciated all the knowledge she had. It did not matter if it was a big or small question…she always answered in a timely manner. She had great connections as well such as this affordable painter who did a great job painting our home for showing. I loved how her husband helped stage our house for showings by adding decor. We were away in another country during our home showings and she communicated to us through WhatsApp effectively. I felt our home was in good hands while we were away. I felt like she was on our team and always wanted the best for us. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for an awesome real estate agent!

This is the second time we have used Michael and Nichola to buy and sell our homes so we could upgrade our home. This time we needed to as kids took up a ton of space and we needed more. It was a big move and we wanted to have pros on our side. They did not disappoint - our house sold and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get us our new home in this busy market. They were dedicated and fierce (when they needed to be) .

This is the second time we have baought and sold with Nichola/Michael and they made it a dream again. Even in this wild market (stress levels were high thats for sure) they made us feel calm and in control. This market is not for the faint of heart but they took care of everything. We sold our little 1.5 storey home in a tree lined street and purchased a older bungalow with a huge yard and basement that is perfect for the kids playroom. We are so grateful for Nichola and Michael, thank you both! We are so happy!!

Nichola was amazing! The only reason she didn't get a full 5 stars is because we were in multiple offers - so she couldn't control the price. The seller got to force our hand as they had a few offers but we are still over the moon with the home and the price we got! The house is perfect and has a legal basement suite! Nichola helped us with renters, leases, and more! she is a landlord herself! 12/10!!! Would Recommend!
