Navid is simply the most energetic realtor I have ever seen. what I liked about him was that he was always available and easy to reach during the entire process of searching and making the deal. I had tons of questions in mind as a first time buyer and he was kind enough to explain things to me patiently. After I explained to him about what I was looking for, he never took my time showing something to me that he knew would be out of my interest. He was quick in writting the offer ( we literally put the offer on the table 3 hours after the open house) and that was the key to our successful buy. Navid has a very big connection. whatever we needed to make the deal happen he knew someone who could help. I highly recommend Navid as we had a wonderful experience working with him as our realtor.

I wish I could rate more than 5! we were so lucky working with Navid for our first purchase. he truly helped us towards buying our dream home that meets our expectations and budget. as a first time buyer I never thought this whole process can be so easy but he made it through his knowledge, patience and honesty. he was absolutely one of us in this way and treated us like a family.we would not hesitate to recommend him to our friends in need of a realtor for sure.
