Navid is a true rockstar! I can’t thank Navid enough, as he did the impossible for me and my family! I’ve seen the term of “above and beyond” thrown away far too often, but Navid truly goes above and beyond to find the BEST home for his client. Navid found houses for me and my family while I was outside of Canada just by asking about my preferences and budget, and his transparent and ongoing communication tremendously assisted with this situation as well. Navid’s negotiation skills are his differentiation point where he managed to get discount from the seller while including the items from the showroom for FREE. I recommend Navid to anyone who is in the market for a home, as his knowledge about the market is precious and insightful to help you find your dream home! As a first time buyer, the whole process was stressfull at first, till we  have found NAVID HAKIMI. He was patient and he tried his best to be with us every time we viewed a new property, looking for signs of problems. Also he has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was.  Navid also led us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price we were comfortable with.
