I was referred to Navid when I was looking for an apartment in Coal Harbour. Navid is an excellent agent who really did his due diligence on making sure we put an offer down with the best possible price that we could get. Navid spent a lot of time negotiating on our behalf, and we landed the deal with a win! We got the apartment that we were looking for at the Shaw tower, at the lowest price per square foot in all of the 2018/2019 sales. Navid is a good listener, energetic and knowledgeable realtor who has a good understanding of the location we were buying in and is a hard worker who was very responsive to our questions every step of the way. Even after the sale is complete, he still behaves in the same manner and is very responsive to our inquiries. Highly recommend!

Going into the experience, I knew very little about the ins-and-outs of the home buying process. Navid was concise, dedicated, and demonstrated a good understanding of the game through it all.</p> <p>I contacted Navid after finding an ideal condo that I wanted to pull the trigger on. Navid helped me assess the property and where it stood amongst other similar listings. Within a day, we got an offer together and had it sent in. Within a week, we had an accepted offer. I was extremely impressed with how quick Navid was to respond to questions and get things done. If he was not as diligent as he was, we would not have secured the condo (there was a higher accepted offer that came in a couple days after our acceptance).</p> <p>Navid brings a youthful zest to the table, but also a wealth of experience that he's able to communicate effectively. Navid is simply the most energetic realtor I have ever seen. what I liked about him was that he was always available and easy to reach during the entire process of searching and making the deal. I had tons of questions in mind as a first time buyer and he was kind enough to explain things to me patiently. After I explained to him about what I was looking for, he never took my time showing something to me that he knew would be out of my interest. He was quick in writting the offer ( we literally put the offer on the table 3 hours after the open house) and that was the key to our successful buy. Navid has a very big connection. whatever we needed to make the deal happen he knew someone who could help. I highly recommend Navid as we had a wonderful experience working with him as our realtor.

I wish I could rate more than 5! we were so lucky working with Navid for our first purchase. he truly helped us towards buying our dream home that meets our expectations and budget. as a first time buyer I never thought this whole process can be so easy but he made it through his knowledge, patience and honesty. he was absolutely one of us in this way and treated us like a family.we would not hesitate to recommend him to our friends in need of a realtor for sure.
