We couldn’t be happier with how we were very well looked after with our Realtor Monique. She was extremely responsive and very proactive on communicating with us from the sale of our condo to the purchase of our new home. We had some extremely difficult moments on both aspects of selling and buying that I’m not sure any other realtor would have had the patience or knowledge skill to deal with on these challenging matters. Monique walked us through the hurdles, presented solution and delivered beyond expectation. Saying that Monique went above and beyond her duty as a Realtor would be putting it lightly. She had taken full ownership from the start and beyond our final interactions in the buy/sell contract fulfillment. Monique was very informative and very well seasoned. She always had our best interests in mind and had pointed out several things along the way that we would have not even thought of. Thank you Monique! I dont know that we would ever move again because simply put, she helped us find our dream home beyond a dream home, however, we made a great choice in trusting Monique with the largest purchase we would make in our life time and have already recommended her to several of our friends and will continue to do so. Monique did a great job finding my new home. She worked extremely hard at finding a place that was perfect for me. When I was discouraged she was positive. She held my hand through the whole process. I can’t say enough good things about her. I will be recommending Monique to anyone I know who needs an agent.

Monique was great to work with. As first time home buyers , we were so anxious, but she helped us getting everything sorted . She is positive , informative , experienced and everything a realtor should be. We bought our first place with her and will be buying our next one too.
