This was our second time using Monique for a purchase and first time with a sale. Monique was willing to come a long way to show us a property of interest on a long weekend on very short notice. She is incredibly responsive and her charismatic approach leads to the best outcomes when negotiating. Monique made sure to address any of our concerns as they arose and kept us informed of our options and next steps in the process. We would highly recommend Monique in future!
