Mike is a very professional real estate agent with an exceptional market knowledge, outstanding communication, strong negotiation skills, very professional and reliable.

We were very impressed with Mike from our first meeting onward. He came completely prepared and answered all our question. If he didn't know the answer he came back with the answer very quickly and was always very professional.

Since we were buying a vineyard, what was of real value was Mike’s combined knowledge of the vineyard and wine industry, and the property development industry. He gave us valuable insight that helped us make the decisions necessary to make the acquisition.

This is our second time working with Mike and once again we are impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and his approachable manner. Mike is very aware of current market conditions and the factors that influence real estate sales. He helped us understand these factors and enabled us to make a good decision regarding pricing our home.

Mike was critical in our negotiation process from the start. He had prior experience with the buyer and accurately informed us of what to expect. He was also instrumental in making the deal happen when we were stuck on price. Mike did have a realtor open house as well as showed the house to one of his other clients. Overall we were very happy with our experience.

We found my realtor to be very respectful and courteous. He understood our needs and our concerns and offered helpful suggestions. This made the process less stressful and helped us in our decision making without our feeling pressured.
