We were pretty rushed to find a place as our househad sold & the possession date was coming due. Mike helped us find our new home, arranged a home inspection, & assisted in negotiating a fair deal.

We were very impressed with Mike from our first meeting onward. He came completely prepared and answered all our question. If he didn't know the answer he came back with the answer very quickly and was always very professional.

Since we were buying a vineyard, what was of real value was Mike’s combined knowledge of the vineyard and wine industry, and the property development industry. He gave us valuable insight that helped us make the decisions necessary to make the acquisition.

Mike is very aware of current market conditions and the factors that influence real estate sales. He was also instrumental in making the deal happen when we were stuck on price. Mike did have a realtor open house as well as showed the house to one of his other clients.
