Mike provided excellent customer service. He was very helpful and supportive throughout process. A number of unforeseen things negatively impacted the transaction, but they were beyond Mike's control. In some instances, Mike went above & beyond what was required to make things smoother for us.

We moved from the Coast to the Okanagan and Mike did a wonderful job for us. He very patiently took us to see every property we asked about. Most importantly, Mike made sure we understood the differences between housing on the Coast and the Okanagan. He was meticulous in pointing out any good features, deficiencies and potential maintenance issues at each house. He handled all the paperwork very efficiently and made sure we understood every aspect of the deal we were making. He gave us a list of inspectors and the one we chose also did an excellent job for us, Based on our experiences with other realtors in the past we would have to say that Mike went above and beyond our expectations and we are very happy with the house we bought.

Mike is the best realtor by far. When moving to BC., he helped us with our first home. He has recently sold this home and helped us buy our new home. He is very knowledgeable as to what a house should sell for and what a house that you are looking through is worth. He is honest, and looks to find the place that is a perfect for you. He has a very happy personality which is very enjoyable to be around as well. Mike really helpful and kind. When we were having issues with our mortgage broker, Mike was there to guide us through. In, fact, I would say went beyond the call of duty. We are very thankful to Mike for always being there for us when we needed him. His guidance is more than appreciated. If we decide to sell the next home to go to our final retirement home, Mike is the one we are calling for selling and buying.
