<p>Mike sold my rental property, I lived 1400 kms away, I relied on Mike to handle several issues beyond just marketing the house. He provided advise that allowed me to select trades that were required to repair a couple issues. Mike, in my opinion went above and beyond in may aspects of the sale, including staging the house. I do recommend Mike Stohler.</p>
