Mike helped us to find a house just outside of Kingston. He is very knowledgeable about the greater Kingston area and answered all the questions we had about moving there. He also knew what to look at inside the house regarding water systems and hvac systems. Mike really enjoyed looking at houses with us and seemed to be as interested in seeing the houses as we were. Always responded quickly to any texts and emails we sent. We will be recommending Mike to anyone we know who is looking for a house in the greater Kingston area.

Mike was very understanding whenever I would get concerned. His words "Marilyn, I promise I will sell your home" soothed my soul. I had an apartment booked and was concerned about having to carry my.home and my apartment. Well he was bang on....perfect timing...my house closes Aug 31 and my apartment is Sept 1. Thank you Mike...so happy I chose you as my realtor!

Michael was really hands on with my partner and I, which we greatly appreciated as first home buyers. He always responded to communications promptly and gave his honest view when we asked him questions. He is also very friendly and fun to work with!

Last year Michael helped us find a home, and with being military we were posted again this year and he helped us sell. Our first buyer broke the agreement, leaving us in an undesirable situation, but Michael never stressed . The same week, we were able to dissolve one agreement and finalize another all with Michael’s speedy work. Michael has many connections and also connected us with a realtor in Ottawa who is just as amazing. He definitely takes care of his people, and is always there to answer any question very quickly. High recommend.

We have had Michael as our real estate agent for the purchase of two properties and most recently the sale of a property. If it important to you, Michael has good ethics in an industry that at times seems to be lacking as such. Michael was responsive and professional and helped keep us focused on our goals in the frenzied market. He provided good data analytics that kept us appraised to the rapid changes in the market as we make our decisions in selling cost of our property. I would have no reservations in recommending Michael to others and would hope to see more people in the industry act with him approach.
