Michael helped us sell my mother in law’s home in Kingston. I worked with Michael from Calgary. He was extremely professional and dedicated in getting the home sold providing us assistance in all aspects of the process. Michael has a strong knowledge of the Kingston market and provided us with detailed reports supporting his analysis. His thorough and timely communication and attention to detail was critical to making this arrangement work given the time zones and distance. He managed this extremely well and was always responsive and available. Michael is a no nonsense straight shooter whom I greatly appreciated working with. I would not hesitate to use him again, and I highly recommend.

Michael was by far the best real estate agent we have ever worked with. From the very first contact, he was professional but also like a friend we had known for years. He understood our needs and helped us meet them. He negotiated with the selling realtor fairly and made sure our best interests were always at the forefront. He backed us every step of the way and has continued to give support since we are moving to a new (to us) city that he knows well. Michael helped me to buy my first home recently. From the minute I showed up at the first viewing it was evident he was very knowledgeable about things to look out for. Once I was ready to make an offer he made the process very seamless (as I had no idea what I was doing). He was patient in explaining everything along the way and even checked in several times over the course of the year before I bought while I was getting everything organized with finances and pre-approvals to see how the process was going and if he could help with anything.
