Purchased a house in 2019 with the help of Mike Pollard. When it came time to sell, it was a no-brainer to have him as the selling agent. The experience is effortless. He is knowledgeable, reasonable, great communicator, honest, and all-around helpful. No matter how many things he has on the go, he makes it a priority to make you feel like your his only client. I would easily recommend him to any of my close friends or family looking for a real estate agent in the Kingston area.

Mike helped us to find a house just outside of Kingston. He is very knowledgeable about the greater Kingston area and answered all the questions we had about moving there. He also knew what to look at inside the house regarding water systems and hvac systems. Mike really enjoyed looking at houses with us and seemed to be as interested in seeing the houses as we were. Always responded quickly to any texts and emails we sent. We will be recommending Mike to anyone we know who is looking for a house in the greater Kingston area.

I had an apartment booked and was concerned about having to carry my.home and my apartment. Well he was bang on....perfect timing...my house closes Aug 31 and my apartment is Sept 1.
