We feel so lucky to have found Mike Kirk as our real estate agent! He is amazing at keeping us in mind and helping us find the perfect properties. That alone is priceless. And when it came time to sell, he was incredible at helping us create a great listing. He makes going through the whole process of buying or selling feel easy. He is also so friendly, detail oriented, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He's always looking out for our best interest, and we have never felt like we were being steered the wrong way or pressured. He has a great network of professionals to look too when he needs clarification on something. He is a trustworthy agent who goes above and beyond expectations and we will continue to work with him for all our real estate needs.

We had a wonderful experience selling our house with Mike. He always got back to us right away if we had questions, usually within minutes. He's very good at explaining all the paperwork and was patient with us. He's a no nonsense negotiator and sold our house in a timely manner for a very good price. Mike was an all-star guiding us through our first home purchase and helping us every step of the way. He was very knowledgeable helping us keep an eye out for red flags while touring houses, providing neighbourhood specific information to consider, and talking through some of the factors to consider for secondary suites/airBnB options. A couple points worth emphasizing: Mike went above and beyond to get us into every house we wanted to see throughout the full duration of our search. Given how challenging the Kelowna market was while we were searching I can’t stress enough how persistent Mike was in trying to find a place that would be a good fit for us. Working with Mike was also a great experience because of the team of professionals he has in his circle. On top of Mike’s knowledge it was helpful having someone to get opinions on plumbing, a home inspector that could work with a tight subject removal timeline, and a mortgage broker that helped us navigate options as first time buyers.

Mike was very thorough and efficient in getting us the details of properties we were interested in. Also, after the sale he was very helpful for questions we had concerning the move, and was always available if we had any follow up needed.

He was very professional during all the house viewings, dealing with other realtors and helping me understand each step.
