My husband and I chose to go with Mike after a very positive experience working with him on a previous property. Mike is professional and honest. He was personable, accommodating and very prompt in his communication with us. We also appreciated is down to earth, non-pressure approach. Mike also went above and beyond reviewing strata documents and highlighting areas we needed to focus on. Mike's help and attention to detail are second to none. He understood every nuance of the process, and came prepared to walk me through each step. Our house was listed with careful attention, and sold within 24 hours, with an official backup offer as well. Support didn't end at contract signing.
