Mike was an incredible help throughout our home search and went above and beyond to help facilitate a purchase on a very short time frame over the Christmas Holidays. I am convinced that without his help and extra effort we wouldn't have been successful in landing our dream home. Having grown up in the same neighborhood in which we were looking for a home he was able to provide in depth knowledge of the area and helped us look at the pros and cons across multiple homes. I have used mike on both sides of the transaction now (buying and selling) and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Okanagan area.

Mike was really helpful and have brought me many tips on what to do and what else is less important to make the house easier to sell.
