<p>Michael is knowledgeable, professional and did everything possible to accommodate me in my home search. Michael has integrity and is committed to providing the client with all possible information regarding the purchase. I am thrilled to have found such an ethical and committed agent.</p>

<p>I would have no hesitations recommending Michael for any real estate needs. He was always professional, prompt in his responses, enthusiastic and, yet, wasn't afraid to 'give it to us straight', which I appreciated tremendously while trying to sell our house. Michael definitely goes the extra mile for his clients and really is 'at your service'. We loved his commitment to getting us the best deal while both buying and selling property. All around a great guy to have on your side!</p>

<p>Michael is very professional and trustworthy. If there was a property that he didn't think was for me or would not fit my expectations he would tell me. He kept telling me the right property would come along and that I should not rush and take my time. He was correct. I'm glad I waited and purchased my current home. I highly recommend him and have recommended him to others.</p>

<p>Michael was excellent to work with when selling and buying property. He was able to sell my place in under a week (for a good price!) when two previous realtors were not able to do so. He was also very helpful (and patient) during my search for my new place...one in which I am very happy. However, when the time comes to sell, I will undoubtedly ask for Michael's help as I found him to be a very professional realtor and easy to work with. I would wholeheartedly recommend Michael to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home in the Edmonton area.</p>

<p>Michael helped my husband and I in purchasing of our first home. We got incredibly lucky as we randomly found Michael but he was the best choice we could've made. Being from out-of-town, we didn't have many days to see houses and no matter where the house was in what neighborhood, he was able to plan our days in Edmonton so that we could strategically see all of our potential houses within the short time that we had. He also gave us great information on the neighborhoods, the pros and cons of each area and tips on how to tell what kind of area would be good for our situation.</p> <p>On our second day of looking at houses, Michael tripped down these old stairs and he twisted his ankle (badly). If it was any other person, I'm sure they would've called it a day (and we would've understood!) but knowing that we were from out-of-town and short on time, he continued to show us the rest of the houses we had set up for that day...what a guy! You should've seen the size of the swelling...he was definitely going above and beyond for us. He was so genuine and it felt like he cared deeply about where we would end up and never once did I feel pressure on making a quick decision. He walked us through the entire process, the incredible paperwork and was available to answer any questions we had as a first time home buyer.</p> <p>He recommended us to a great mortgage specialist which really helped link the whole process together without stress and even to this day, I go to his recommendations for mortgage related questions so great referral there as well!</p> <p>On the day that we bought a house, he was ready to welcome us to our first home and it was the warmest welcoming that you could expect. I have recommended Michael to all of my friends in Edmonton that are looking to buy and I believe he's in the process of helping one of my friends look into buying a B&B in Ottawa/a different city. She has said nothing but great things about Michael and said he had really great knowledge about her commercial market and answered so many questions she had. You're in great hands with Michael and I would recommend Michael to anyone! Looking forward to working with him again on the purchase of our next home in the future!</p>
