He was involved in every step of the way when we sold our house, and again when we bought one. We looked at a number of houses before we found just the right one and Michael never hurried us or pressured us in any way. He was very informative and gave us some great advice. He pointed out things to make sure we were aware of all the facts before deciding on a home to purchase. He was always very helpful and friendly. Michael is a real go-getter and clearly loves his job. He was not just all about making a sale, he was all about making sure we were happy and found the right house. If you want someone who is truly a professional and well informed and in touch with the real estate market then I highly recommend Michael. He will work very hard for you whether you are buying or selling your home.</p>

This really narrowed down our search and reduced the number of "duds" we looked at. Mike seemed to develop an almost intuitive sense of what I liked and didn't liked, and he tirelessly adjusted the search criteria, based on my comments about each property. Mike was always well-prepared to answer all my questions about a particular property and the surrounding neighbourhood. If there was the rare question he couldn't answer immediately, he made sure he found the answer as soon as possible. I found Mike to be honest and realistic when discussing the pros and cons of a property. He provided a balanced perspective and it was obvious that his main priority finding me a place I loved!</p> <p>I felt that Mike went out of his way to improve my home buying experience - he definitely aims to provide service that goes above and beyond what's expected. Mike's positive outlook, honesty, dedication, and genuinely caring attitude make him the type of realtor anyone would wish for.</p>
