<p>We were very happy with Michael. As we proceeded with our showings Michael was very diligent in what we may like or dislike saving time in not looking at unwanted properties. He was very familiar with Sherwood Park making for ease for looking at various properties. We would definitely recommend Michael to other parties.</p>

<p>Michael did a fantastic job for us with the sale of our home. He went above on beyond helping us get a building permit for our deck to ensure we got our RPR with compliance required for the sale. The open house was marketed very well which brought in a lot of interest. We had the house conditionally sold in 11 days and all closed without issue. We were very pleased with the whole transaction and Michael was key in making it all happen.</p>

<p>Michael was an excellent realtor. We were first time buyers and he walked us through every single process. He was readily available via email and phone. When we made viewing appointments with him, we felt like we were a priority, did not feel rushed and saw as many properties as we felt was necessary. He is very knowledgeable and we had constructive discussions about our needs and wants, what we had viewed and what we could afford. He gave us lots of important information that we would have otherwise never known. He negotiated our offer down by $10,000. We were overall extremely pleased with the biggest purchase of our lives. We would highly recommend him.</p>

<p>Short story: One month AFTER the sale was complete, on my rental in another city, Michael was reimbursed by the condo board a small amount of money that I had already reimbursed him for. He immediately let me know and sent it off in the mail. I think this represents the level of integrity in which he operates from which is comforting when buying or selling a home</p>

<p>Working with Michael was AWESOME.</p> <p>We had been looking for the perfect downtown condo for over 12 months with several other realtors when we bumped into Michael by chance at a unit we had come across ourselves one sunny afternoon. He showed us the listing and then suggested a unit and building a street over we had not come across in our search and would you believe we have been living in that very same building and unit for 10 months and it was the best decision we could have ever made. He helped us process tackling a complete renovation when neither of us had ever really done one before. He supported us through the process and was timely and maintained excellent contact with us every step of the way.</p> <p>We love our condo and are very happy with the decision. It is the perfect location and building for us. We look forward to working with Michael on our next purchase.</p>
