Matt is the best! Responsive, authentic & committed. My go to guy in the Comox Valley for everything real estate. He did amazing work selling my place and attending to details while I was out of country.

Matt helped us buy our second property and he was great to work with. He’s super easy to talk to, always honest, and never once made us feel like he was just after a commission. We feel like he really cared about finding the right place for us. He was quick to answer questions, upfront about everything, specially on bad ones and made the whole process way less stressful. Matt’s a true professional but also just a genuinely nice guy. We’d happily recommend him to anyone.

Matt is an absolute professional. We thoroughly enjoyed working with him over the time it took us to find our home; longer than most I imagine!
