Matt was a fantastic agent for us. Very knowledgeable about neighbourhoods, things to look out for regarding older homes, what to expect, etc. He was 100% dedicated to helping us find a home and guided us through the process. This was not the first home we've purchased and our experience with Matt was by far, the best experience we've had.
