Matt took over for our primary agent who went on leave. He stepped right in and proved to be competent and professional as well as a pleasure to work with. He made himself readily available throughout the purchasing process and responded quickly to our every need. We highly recommend Matt to others.

Matt works extremely hard for the purchaser (our case) making himself available when we asked, making contacts to get showings when we wanted, getting information about the properties and the neighbourhoods, physically checking uncomfortable and dirty crawl spaces where we could not /would not go, pressing for the precise dates we needed, arranging timely inspections, counselling us on property/building conditions which could be problematic and costly. At all times, he displayed a cheerful, helpful and accommodating personality.

To say Matt went above & beyond for us is an understatement. As first time home buyers with little to no knowledge of purchasing & owning a home, we had a great experience working with Matt.

Matt was a consummate professional to deal with. He really went over and above with securing a quick viewing and subsequent visits to the house as were required. Matt is an amazing agent. He was recommended to us by his colleague and we had great experience working with Matt. We bought a house without seeing it in person. Matt set us up to receive new listings as soon as they appeared and was available to answer our questions almost instantly, any time of the day. He organized viewings for us via video chat, and was providing us all the necessary information in a timely manner. He knows the area and neighborhoods very well, was able to point pros and cons for each property, and yet wasn’t pushy for any decision. He, himself, moved into the area a number of years ago and was able to relate and point out all the little things in the area that people who grew up there might not think of to point to new comers. We are very happy with the outcome and with Matt’s representation.

Cannot say enough good things about my condo buying experience with Matt. An excellent realtor who communicated honestly and always responded promptly. A very sincere, approachable and friendly realtor who listens to the needs of his clients and makes every effort to follow up, especially important during the tough buyers market we’re in.
