We had a fabulous experience with Matt. We were unable to meet him personally, as we live out of province. Matt listened to our needs and contacted us regularly. He kept us abreast on everything that was happening throughout the process. Even when we had concerns, he would in his own way bring a positive and reassuring solution. After showing us dozens of houses throughout the years, Matt helped us finally find our perfect home. He never made us feel like we were inconveniencing him or being too picky. He always assured us that the right one would come at the right time and never ever pressured us. We had to get our house listed within a few days and he knocked it out of the park, getting us multiple offers and selling over asking price within a week.
