Matt and his team helped sell my house of 11.5 years and help me purchase my new home. From the get go, Matt and Keir, were very thorough and upfront about all of the steps for the sale of my home. They knew the market well and trusting their knowledge and expertise landed my house 25K above asking price with multiple offers, all above asking. They got me way more than I ever could have expected. When it came to purchasing my next place, I was incredibly particular about what I wanted and, Matt, without hesitation was available to show me every single house that popped up on the market, usually within 24 hours of seeing the listing. He hustled, day in and day out. His team had people available to me when there was a conflict of schedules and he knew I wanted to get in to see those places. After almost a month of searching, we saw two homes that were defeating our hope for the "right one." Matt suggested we take a look at a house that had dropped their price and fit our budget. We knew the moment we drove up, it had to be ours. Matt went to bat for me and made sure I got the house that I wanted. In the end, we road a roller coaster together of an astounding sale of my house, to instant regrets, which Matt reassured me that it was all apart of the process; to the purchase of my forever home. Matthew waited patiently while I prepared my house to sell. He didn’t continually call me - in fact, he didn’t call me at all so when I was ready, he was ready. I appreciated the freedom to finish renos in my own time. Once my house was listed he was in continuous contact with me. I was always aware of what was happening and he was very respectful, kind and knowledgeable guiding me through the process.
