Matt was AMAZING! We had been casually looking for an acreage for the last 5 years, so when we were told about our now acreage and how it would be perfect for us, we had the pleasure of having Matt as our Realtor. This was our second time buying a home, but we had lived in our old place for almost 20 years, so the real estate game had changed a bit from our last transaction; but Matt was great! He guided us through the whole process from buying our new place to selling our old one. Matt was always there to answer any questions we had, calmed the anxiety when we needed advise and in the end, his expertise, guidance and professionalism helped us reach our end goal of our dream property.
