Matthew waited patiently while I prepared my house to sell. He didn’t continually call me - in fact, he didn’t call me at all so when I was ready, he was ready. I appreciated the freedom to finish renos in my own time. Once my house was listed he was in continuous contact with me. I was always aware of what was happening and he was very respectful, kind and knowledgeable guiding me through the process. It took me 6 months to get my house ready to sell, and he sold it in 6 days! Matthew is a fantastic realtor!

Matt was AMAZING! We had been casually looking for an acreage for the last 5 years, so when we were told about our now acreage and how it would be perfect for us, we had the pleasure of having Matt as our Realtor. Literally could not of had a better experience! Matt made selling our home a breeze and found us our forever home.
