Markus has been an excellent agent throughout the process of me buying my first condo in Halifax. Being a first time home buyer, I felt safe and secured with Markus. He responded quickly and addressed my concerns throughout the process. I really commend his willingness to assist and share knowledge of the home buying process. Whether it be communicating through emails, texts, phone calls or in person - he has always maintained professionalism too. I would highly recommend him as an agent!

We had a great experience with Markus. He knew the market and was so helpful when deciding what to offer. We ended up buying a house that suits us so well, and are very happy with. My favourite thing about working with Markus is that he cares about what works for you more than making the sale. He points out potential (or current) issues, and looks for the things that will make you happy with a house. I don’t think a pushy realtor would be for me. For example the apartment we were living in sold and the real estate agent selling it made me cry! She cared more about the sale than the humans. Markus cares about people and that makes him so valuable. You will find a home you actually will be happy in. I would recommend him to any friend, and I would happily work with him again in the future.

Markus is an excellent agent. Great communicator, punctual, professional, and very kind. He was with us from start to finish with advice, follow up, and he provided perfect checklists (which were easy to follow and a huge stress reliever) which he reviewed with us and made sure we had everything covered. Will use again and highly recommend.

We truly believe we could not have found our house, on the street we dreamed of, without Markus. The market is currently harsh on buyers and even more worse for first-time buyers like us. Markus flawlessly navigated this challenging environment while explaining everything to us along the way. He is patient, attentive, and accommodating, addressing all of our needs and needs we did not know we had. He made a point to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the houses we viewed and our buying power to help us determine an appropriate price to offer and there were many other bids! Then throughout the inspections and closing he used all the tools necessary to negotiate for us. He took it upon himself to connect with contractors to obtain quotes for us and to streamline the process as much as possible. We could not be happier and have recommended Markus to our friends and family!

Markus was awesome since day 1. He was responsive, professional but also personable, and very knowledgeable in the business. He was also a very good communicator and kept me in the loop throughout the buying process. With his great help I was able to find myself a spot in this crazy hot market. I will definitely go back to Markus if I’m ever in the market again, and I am more than happy to put his name forward to anyone who is in the market looking for their dream homes!
