We truly believe we could not have found our house, on the street we dreamed of, without Markus. The market is currently harsh on buyers and even more worse for first-time buyers like us. Markus flawlessly navigated this challenging environment while explaining everything to us along the way. He is patient, attentive, and accommodating, addressing all of our needs and needs we did not know we had. He made a point to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the houses we viewed and our buying power to help us determine an appropriate price to offer and there were many other bids! Then throughout the inspections and closing he used all the tools necessary to negotiate for us. He took it upon himself to connect with contractors to obtain quotes for us and to streamline the process as much as possible. We could not be happier and have recommended Markus to our friends and family!

Markus was awesome since day 1. He was responsive, professional but also personable, and very knowledgeable in the business. He was also a very good communicator and kept me in the loop throughout the buying process. With his great help I was able to find myself a spot in this crazy hot market. I will definitely go back to Markus if I’m ever in the market again, and I am more than happy to put his name forward to anyone who is in the market looking for their dream homes!
