Markus and his team are amazing! Him and his team go above an beyond to make sure all questions are answered, and he never made us feel like any questions were silly ones. With both buying and selling he made the process seamless and as stress free as possible. Always willing to go above and beyond, cannot recommend him enough!

If everyone (realtors, lawyers, banking advisors, etc.) in the process of purchasing/buying a property was at that level, it would be glorious. Having bought and sold half a dozen properties over the past 30 years, I have seen all sorts of realtors... Markus Sampson is at the top, a young man doing a splendid job. Undeniably very qualified and competent, he also is trustworthy, reliable, courteous, calm and attentive (all remarkable qualities that many others don't possess). He is someone dedicated, obviously, who does his very best and will strive to do even better. I wish him much success in everything, hoping that Time will never alter such a genuinely fine person. Working with him has been a most pleasant experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends.

Ever since we had our very first viewing with Markus we knew he’d be perfect for us. As first time home buyers we had soooo many questions, but Markus was extremely patient and always gave knowledgeable answers and more than that was always honest. Despite looking on and off for the better part of 3 years we never felt rushed into any decision and could have complete confidence that Markus had our best interests in mind. We definitely recommend him to anyone in the Halifax region and beyond, especially for FTHB’s. When we buy or sell in the future we will always look to Markus!

To make a long story short, Markus did a fantastic job with a very difficult listing. He sold my house in under three weeks, which had been previously listed with another agent for almost 6 months. The house has many quirks like a septic tank (despite being in the city) and a dirt basement which put off a lot of first time buyers. I was desperate for a sale and totally burnt out by the selling process when we met. I had to fight with my other ("budget") agent every step of the way - to get updates on the listing, to actively bring in potential buyers and to stop highlighting the issues/quirks of the property. Markus did none of this. He was always available by text, really pushed the listing and got me the sale price I wanted. I'm so grateful for him helping me at a time when I really needed it!!

Markus is very friendly, professional, effective communicator and has great experience when it comes to handling deal negotiations. He has great eye for details and deep knowledge on real estate markets. I would highly recommend him.
