Coming from Ontario and as a first-time home buyer, I had no knowledge about the locations to look for, prices and what to look for in a house. Markus was patient enough to explain everything to us multiple times and answer at least a trillion questions we had. Super nice and caring, it actually felt that he was a part of our family. He inspected every house with a lot of detail and has extensive knowledge about construction quality, electricals, heating etc. Highly recommend him if you are looking to buy a house. Markus is the best.

We had dealt with two other agents before we met Markus. He got us a viewing of a home we were very intetested in. Unfortunately it sold while we were viewing it. Markus never gave up and found us many properties to consider. It is a very competative market and he has been so patient and determined to find us that special home. Together with Markus, we have bought a peice of land, sold a piece of land and bought a wonderful home. He helped us with the negotiation and I feel we got a good value in the current market. He always goes the extra mile and even called us on our birthdays. He is a very good communicator and explained the process step by step. He referred us to all the resources we needed including a lawyer, mortgage broker, house inspector etc. We felt very looked after. We referred him to our daughter and he helped her buy her first home. We are so pleased with the experience we had dealing with Markus and we will continue to refer him to other people who are buying or selling a property.
