Mark was very professional. He was outstanding in every way. He kept in contact with us. He answered questions. He kept us up to date on who was on the property at all times. He was available at any time, even Sundays. He was very calming when I became upset with the process. It's hard to be told that your property isn't worth what you feel it should be. He made sure to explain the why of the price he put on the property. Mark knew what needed to be done before it was listed to make the house appealing to buyers. Mark made sure we were comfortable with the final selling price. I always felt he was on our side. When we met with our lawyer and talked about dower rights she mentioned that most relators don't bother with that. She feels that is a good sign of a good relator. After the the house was sold and no one had been inside Mark took it upon himself to go and check the house. He went through the property to make sure nothing was left that shouldn't be. I recommend him highly.

We purchased our new home from out of province and had all of 2 days to come into town and see properties and make a decision, and Mark went above and beyond in communicating with us and helping us set up as many showings as possible so we were able to make a decision we felt very comfortable with.
