I was given a brief rundown of current listings and their duration in MLS. Based on the most recent information, I was suggested a listing price, which I have approved and received an offer before being listed. MARK STREET is the best realtor I have ever known in Peace Region and I highly recommend him for everyone who are looking to buy and sell real estate. We bought the same property from Mark on June 6th, 2017 and sold it through Mark on June 6th, 2022. This is something unbelievable. MARK’s magic works at any STREET.

Mark has been our realtor for 2 purchases and 1 sell and he has made the transitions very easy for us. As I understand that is always not the case, Mark is very very knowledgeable and listens to the customers needs and wants.
