Marko was amazing. We worked with him from another province for a few weeks prior to driving out to Alberta to spend the better part of three entire days looking at homes and properties. In the end, we picked the first one we looked at! We felt at ease with Marko, he was kind and straightforward and we never felt pressured. He was quick to respond to emails and texts, and we felt like we mattered. I will definitely be recommending him and his team to anyone in YEG and surrounding area.

As first-time home buyers, my husband and I were anxious about the whole process, however when we met Marko, we knew we were in good hands. Marko took care of the process as if he was buying the house for himself! He taught us so many things and tricks along the way. Marko's time management is impeccable. Calendar invites and constant email updates kept us aware of every step. Marko's service is excellent; he worked closely with our morgage broker and a lawer, which took some hustle off our shoulders. Marko helped us negotiate the price with the seller and we went down quite a bit. The house market assessment that Marko did for us definitely contributed to the informed decision-making.
