We weren't from the area, even a little bit.. and we were struggling to find a home for our family in a new town, new area and when we reached out to other Realtors, we never got an answer back. Marko answered us right away and was willing to meet up with us in many different towns to find us our home. Right off the hop, he was super friendly, so supportive, learnt what we liked and disliked in homes and wanted what was best for us and our kids. We would send him homes and he would send us reports and previous notes about the home which helped us tremendously when it came to driving to these towns to a home we wouldn't end up liking. Then... We found the one. Well, Marko and my husband did. They did the tour, did the inspection, and the whole experience he was there and checking in on us and even on the day we recieved the keys... He pulled my husband aside while I went in to finally see the house for myself and said " you are a brave man for buying a house without your wife seeing it first". Both my husband and Marko did not let me down. It ended up being a perfect home for our family. Thank you so very much for jumping through hoops with us, travelling for us, and dedicating all your time to help us find our new home. We love it and will forever be thankful for you! Thank you Marko!

Marko Koltalo went above and beyond in helping us find our home. We were making a huge move from NS to AB. He wouldn’t ever let us give up hope of finding a place when there were times I didn’t think we would! He’s incredibly knowledgeable, sincere, he’s the whole deal you want in a realtor, Would I use him again? YES! Would I recommend him? YES! He truly is a realtor that you want to have!

We met Marko when he was involved in helping our daughter and her family sell and then purchase their new home. We were impressed with how hard he worked for them, so when it came time for us to purchase our home in Edmonton, we were confident that Marko was the person for the job. From the moment we contacted him, we knew that he had our best interests in mind, and he made the experience pleasant and painless. Throughout the whole process, Marko was always professional, while also maintaining an awesome sense of humour, which we most certainly appreciated. We would highly recommend Marko to anyone who is looking for a realtor, you will not regret your decision!

It was a good experience. Marko was very professional at all angles of the process. He was always a text/phone and email away if you had any concerns and always got back to you in a timely manner. I would 100% recommend Marko to anyone who is looking to buy ans or sell.

Marko & Mike helped us locate & secure our new dream house in a desired location within a few weeks. They are personable, courteous, knowledgeable, professional, client centered & attentive. More than that they made us feel like part of their family. They won't rest until you are completely satisfied. They are simply the best!
