Marko Koltalo went above and beyond in helping us find our home. We were making a huge move from NS to AB. He wouldn’t ever let us give up hope of finding a place when there were times I didn’t think we would! He’s incredibly knowledgeable, sincere, he’s the whole deal you want in a realtor, Would I use him again? YES! Would I recommend him? YES! He truly is a realtor that you want to have!

We met Marko when he was involved in helping our daughter and her family sell and then purchase their new home. We were impressed with how hard he worked for them, so when it came time for us to purchase our home in Edmonton, we were confident that Marko was the person for the job. From the moment we contacted him, we knew that he had our best interests in mind, and he made the experience pleasant and painless. Throughout the whole process, Marko was always professional, while also maintaining an awesome sense of humour, which we most certainly appreciated. We would highly recommend Marko to anyone who is looking for a realtor, you will not regret your decision!

We enlisted Marko and Mike to sell a property with a well aged home and outbuildings. We didn't know what to expect for a response, however, they did a great job with the listing, interior photos and drone footage. They really drew in the potential buyers and after 4 days of showings we had offers to review. If your looking for a Realtor Team to help you buy or sell a property you really need to meet with these guys.
