We just loved working with Mark when we bought our house in Victoria. He was honest about the pros and cons of properties we looked at and demonstrated uncompromising integrity about the extent or limit of his experience. We appreciated his substantial knowledge of builds and buildings, maintenance issues, systems, red flags and his detective-like sharpness for details and potential issues. He helped us ballpark the costs of changes and renovations and had a lot of information about building codes and bylaws. His pricing analytics were very accurate and useful.
