Marilyn is top notch! She worked with us to find just the right place. We are so impressed with her flexibility and communication. We moved from BC to Lethbridge which made it difficult to find places because of the distance. Despite this she made it possible for us to find our place in just a day and a half! Whether your selling or buying don't hesitate to call Marilyn, she's awesome!

I had an amazing experience with Marilyn as my real estate agent. She had plenty of time for me (she was there whenever I needed her), and replied to everything (including texts, emails, and calls) soooo quickly. She is very friendly, funny, and kind. She also knows the Lethbridge area very well. Further, she is very well known amongst professionals in the neighborhood/city, including insurance agents, real estate lawyers, and bank mortgage agents... they all know her! I even got VIP/referral discounts on my property insurance policy and real estate lawyer fee.
