My wife and I recently decided to sell our house. We chose to use Marilyn as our agent and she was very professional and did a great job. From the moment we got in touch with her to the point our house sold, she communicated with us great, and helped guide us through selling our first home. From the minute I first spoke with Marilyn on the phone, I knew she was who we wanted to have sell our home. We had talked with a couple other realtors, but Marilyn was a perfect fit for us. She educated us on things we didn’t understand. She provided Comparable properties for sale in our area the very next morning after meeting with us the previous evening. But most importantly she was working for us and us alone on our sale and because of that we sold our home for a significantly higher price than the other agent we had spoken with and their suggested price.
