Marilyn was absolutely fantastic from start to, well, I don't think our association with her will ever end. </p> My family moved across country, Marilyn went to numerous homes for video walk throughs and made the whole experience as stress free as moving cross country can be. We didn't know anything or anyone in Lethbridge , Marilyn made it her mission to ensure we had all relevant information re: each subdivision and helped us find the perfect home for our family. </p> I can go on and on about the multiple above and beyond things Marilyn has done for my family during this process. Suffice to say, I would unreservedly recommend Marilyn as an agent and I can honestly say, a friend.

I first sent Marilyn Eyre a text asking if we could see a listing. Since this was Friday evening I said it was fine if she replied after the weekend. Minutes later Marilyn phoned me. She was excited to help us find what we were looking for. We enjoyed the time we spent with her. She listened to us, she respected our opinions, she remembered what we did and did not want, she moved quickly to make appointments that worked for us, often on short notice. She is sharp, she is efficient and she communicated! Nine days after we put in our offer, we had the keys. Wow…plus she got us our home at the first price we offered. Being from out of town made me really do my homework with regards to which realtor to use. After much deliberation, we went with Marilyn, and oh boy, she was better than I could even imagine. Her knowledge of the market and neighbourhoods exceeded our expectations. She was there for us every step of the way, making everything just a little easier. We did viewings over WhatsApp, and she was always available to answer my questions via phone calls or text. Her little personal touches when it came to possession day melted our hearts. Absolutely outstanding professional service!

Marilyn Erye was completely dreamy to work with! My parents moved to Lethbridge from Rocky and this process would have been much more stressful without her expertise. Marilyn was so great in helping them to find exactly what they needed to really feel at home in their new house and city.
