As a first time home buyer, I expected the journey to be filled with stress and anxiety. Marilyn made it such a smooth process for us. We had no idea where to start or what we were looking for. She walked us through every detail, and every step of the way. She was extremely flexible and accommodating. Gave us great advice and made us feel very comfortable working together and asking questions, she has a wealth of knowledge! It can be intimidating at such a young age to work with business professionals who come with lots of experience, but Marilyn made us feel very comfortable with her instantly. She was extremely professional and we trusted her every step of the way. As a first time home buyer, there were a million little things to consider and questions to ask that I never would have considered if Marilyn hadn’t been there to help! I would work with her again in a heartbeat, and highly recommend her to family and friends!

My experience with Marilyn as my realtor agent was the best. As someone who didn’t know much about what I wanted or needed for me and my wife Marilyn came with so much knowledge to help us figure that out, which helped tremendously. She first took us out and viewed 15 properties where she helped us see what was out on the market and explained what to look for when buying a property. It took us about a year to find the right house for us and she was right there with us throughout the whole process with so much patience and care. The more time we spent with her, the more she cared and listened to our needs and wants. If you don’t know what you need and don’t want a pushy realtor but someone who knows their stuff and has the right connections, Marilyn is the right agent for you. 10/10 will always recommend

This was our second time with Marilyn. We bought our home with her, and subsequently sold it with her too. Her knowledge and confidence in the real estate market is second to none. She gave us insight in what could help market our property, and when would be the best time to list. With her guidance we listed our property and sold it within two days. It was completely seamless in all aspects.
