My experience with Marilyn as my realtor agent was the best. As someone who didn’t know much about what I wanted or needed for me and my wife Marilyn came with so much knowledge to help us figure that out, which helped tremendously. She first took us out and viewed 15 properties where she helped us see what was out on the market and explained what to look for when buying a property. It took us about a year to find the right house for us and she was right there with us throughout the whole process with so much patience and care. The more time we spent with her, the more she cared and listened to our needs and wants. If you don’t know what you need and don’t want a pushy realtor but someone who knows their stuff and has the right connections, Marilyn is the right agent for you. 10/10 will always recommend

She consistently went above and beyond in selling my house and helped me navigate the complex process while I was very busy organizing my move to another city. This was our second time with Marilyn. We bought our home with her, and subsequently sold it with her too. Her knowledge and confidence in the real estate market is second to none. She gave us insight in what could help market our property, and when would be the best time to list. With her guidance we listed our property and sold it within two days. Marilyn went above and beyond to help us in our crazy move from province to province. She was there as a friend and a realtor, she helped direct us to secure financing, and shared her knowledge of lawyers. She was there in my time of need, with a hospitalized husband ,all the stress of moving and trying to secure a home for us.

I met Marilyn more then 2 months ago while searching for my first home in Canada. I would like to mention , I am a single mom , new in country . I don't know the laws and regulations of the local housing market, and the responsibility of this important purchase scared me in many points . I didn't know , what to start from , where to go exc exc . The one thing I knew is only I need to buy a home for my children , which will give them a greater sense of support and security. Not only a house , but a HOME . And of course, my budget is limited and I had many complications , as I am moving to Lethbridge from different town 700 km far away , I change job which makes mortgage approval more complicated , exc . Marilyn was with me all process which didn't finish yet. And I had a feeling like she keeps my hand in her hand , her professional and responsible for her business hand . It gave me peace of mind. Marilyn met me any time I was able to come to the Lethbridge and She led me by the hand through all possible options, explaining many nuances to me along the way, giving me all the information and acting in my interests. Advocated my interests in front of sellers , mortgage brokers, bank , lawyer , property inspectors . Gave me nessesary contacts I needed for that process. Marilyn was always in touch , even weekends , which I feel bad I had to disturb her on weekends sometimes . She kept an eye on deadlines and correct feeling out documents . And she is just sweetheart personality , not only high quality professional Realtor. I highly recommend Marilyn to everybody . You will be happy and safe with such agent as Marilyn is .
