Marcel was friendly and helpful throughout the process. We purchased our house while living out of town so Marcel was our primary contact person throughout the real estate process. He made himself available when we came to town to view houses and he even assisted us by conducting some "virtual" viewings with us. Marcel was knowledgable and honest - pointing out the flaws as well as the benefits of each property. Marcel was also helpful in walking us through each step from making an offer, to waving conditions, to closing the deal. We are grateful for all of his help and would recommend his services to anyone seeking to buy a new house.

I’m not sure what Marcel’s middle name is, but I’d guess it’s “Extra Mile” given the level of service he provided with the sale of my house. With the stressful situation I was dealing with, Marcel went above and beyond and I’m grateful beyond words. He was always easy to reach, kept me updated constantly, and did absolutely everything he could at every stage of the process. I couldn’t recommend him more if I tried, and wouldn’t dream of using another realtor for any future real estate transactions. Thank you Marcel!
